Honest answers
How long does it take? Printed within 2 to 3 working days, then 7 to 10 days for delivery. Order well ahead of a birthday or festival.
Can I return a customised item? Only if it arrives damaged or the print is wrong. Something with your name on it cannot be resold, so please check the spelling carefully — we will always send you a preview first.
Is there a minimum order? No. One mug is a perfectly good order.
Will the colour match my screen exactly? Very close, but not exact. Printed colour on fabric always shifts slightly from what a screen shows.
