We collect only what we need to take, deliver and support an order:

  • Information you give us: name, delivery address, pin code, phone number, email address, and any message you send us.
  • Order information: items ordered, order value, payment method chosen, delivery status and return or refund history.
  • Payment information: processed entirely by our payment gateway. We never see, handle or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or bank passwords.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

  • To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your order
  • To confirm Cash on Delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and refunds

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least eight years, as required by Indian tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Records relating to fraud, chargebacks or repeated Cash on Delivery refusals may be kept longer to protect the business.
