These Terms govern your use of sanidhyaliving.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Sanidhya Living is the trading name of a sole proprietorship, GSTIN 21JDJPM6900E1ZQ, with its principal place of business at Plot No. 1457/3307, Konark Dream Villa Phase 2, Atala Road, Jagannathpur, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha 752101.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is true, complete and yours to give.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and, where applicable, include GST.
  • We try to show colours and finishes accurately, but screens vary, and hand-finished jewellery varies slightly from piece to piece. Small differences are not a defect.
  • Weights, dimensions and capacities are approximate.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.
  • We may change prices, listings and offers at any time without notice. The price that applies is the price shown when your order is confirmed.

4. Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing, system or currency error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will cancel the order, tell you, and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel any order, before or after payment, including where:

  • the item is out of stock or wrongly priced;
  • the delivery address or pin code is not serviceable;
  • we suspect fraud, resale, bulk buying for resale, or misuse of a discount code;
  • the customer has a history of refused Cash on Delivery parcels or false claims.

Where we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery. Online payments are handled by third-party gateways on their own secure systems. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

7. Discount codes

Discount codes, including ONLINE25, apply only as stated on the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied after an order is placed, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless we say otherwise, one code per order. We may cancel orders and void codes where a code has been shared publicly, generated automatically, or used in a way it was not intended for.

8. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery, returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Exchange Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

9. Your obligations

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to copy our photographs, text, logo or brand name, not to attempt to breach our security, and not to place orders with false details or another person's payment instrument.

10. Intellectual property

The Sanidhya Living name, the diya logo, the tagline "Har ghar ka apnapan", and all site text, product descriptions and layout are our property. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Product photographs supplied by manufacturers remain the property of their owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public disorder, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Product use and safety

Please use each product for its intended purpose and follow any instructions supplied with it. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, unsuitable use, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

13. Third-party links

Our site and messages may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to any order placed after it is published.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
