Delivery

How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours. After dispatch, most of India receives the parcel in 5 to 8 working days. Gujarat is closer to the warehouse our stock ships from, so orders there usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas, hill states, the North East and the islands can take up to 12. Enter your pincode on any product page for the estimate that applies to you. You will get a tracking link once the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to more than 24,000 pincodes. Use the pincode checker on any product page — it will also tell you whether Cash on Delivery is available where you live.

What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, ₹49.

Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, across more than 19,700 pincodes. Around 4,300 pincodes are prepaid-only — the checker on each product page will tell you before you order, so nothing fails later.

Is paying online safe?
Payments are handled entirely by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking details.

Returns and claims

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. For damage, missing items or a wrong item, we need a single continuous unboxing video that shows the sealed parcel being opened. Without it we cannot raise a claim with the courier, and we will not be able to help.

Can I return something I simply did not like?
Not once it has been dispatched. We are a small business and a change-of-mind return costs us both the delivery and the return. Please read the description and check the size before ordering.

Why are pierced jewellery items excluded?
On hygiene grounds, in line with standard practice.

Products

Will it look exactly like the photo?
Colours can shift slightly between screens, and handmade or hand-finished items vary a little. That variation is not a defect.

Are your discounts real?
Yes. Where a product shows a struck-through price, that is the manufacturer's declared MRP. Where we could not verify an MRP, we show a single price and no discount at all — we would rather show no discount than invent one.

How does customisation work?
Choose a product, send us your artwork, photograph or the words you want. We set it, print it in India after you order, and ship it to you. No minimum order.

Can I return a customised item?
Only if it arrives damaged or the print is wrong. A personalised item cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns are not possible.
